Armstrong Brains to control Hi-Rise & Lo-Rise water temp in place of old Leonard mixing valves have been installed by #PeakMechanical. These babies instantly removed guest concerns for lack of hot water which plagued us for a while. Peak Mechanical was professional, tight work, worked around hotel hours, and reasonable pricing. Pipe wrap is due shortly.
